Beat time at the gym. Quiet. I don’t have to wait on anything (except for the 30lbs dumbbells, #whatdatduk ) and it felt great! Truly a great way to start your day is with some sweat and then you have the rest of your day ahead of you! Hopefully by next week my foot will allow me to do more DL. What’s one goal that you have? Health or otherwise? If it seems impossible then start small. One of my very many goals is to drink more water. I drink plenty while working out, but the rest of my day in pretty much drink nothing. So I’ve decided that for myself I want to drink no less than 70 fl oz a day. This is not including workout hydration. Ready. Set. Go. #kickstart #beginning #water #hydrate #h2o #feelbetterskin

#noms I made some collard green wraps. My parents raised some cows and so the meat is roughly 97% lean meat! I just mixed in some diced tomatoes and brown rice! Doesn’t sound like much, but I absolutely ate it in less than 5 minutes. Lol.

I’m hot, sweaty, disgusting, and totally in the best mood! Working out really does make me feel amazing. Pushing yourself to the point were your mind wants to give up, but your body says, “I can do this!” Just keep pushing. If you fail a rep adjust your weight (or speed or pace; whatever it is you are doing)  and finish! You will be proud of yourself and your body will thank you! #getfit #fitocracy #fitfam #workout #reflect #summer #sweat
